Hybrid Develop, test, and deploy automated solutionsand automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes. Maintain RPA environment including software,bots, servers, dashboards, applications used by automations, and appropriatesecurity access to ensure strong uptime and availability to users. Partner with business stakeholders to gather usecase requirements, determine feasibility and timing, define project scope,solution efficient and effective approaches, and create necessary documentationto support development, implementation, and post implementation. Evaluate technology solution options todetermine best fit to solve the problem based on total cost (upfront andongoing) and organizational standards. Support UAT, technical feasibility testing, andprocess knowledge transfer to execution teams. Communicate any identified and potential risksand issues accordingly and provide actionable input to mitigate. Respond promptly to user help requests,troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and enhance tools to avoidfuture issues. Generate quantitative support for automationprogram: 1) Generate business cases for potential use cases to help prioritizeand justify opportunities; 2) Develop quantitative dashboards to quantifybenefits of deployed automations. Leverage agile methodology to work withtechnology and business teams to develop product backlogs, set priority, andprovide regular status reporting on plan progress as defined by organizationstandards. Establish and maintain standards and bestpractices of automation approaches, coding, documentation, value measurement,and program management. Manage multiple project streams, gather data,and analyze processes leveraging process improvement methodologies and tools(e.g. Lean). Manage and motivate large cross functional andmatrixed project teams, and provide proactive project communication to platformowner, process owners, and other key stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (computer science,engineering, accounting, finance preferred) or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of experiencein developing and deploying Robotics Process Automation (RPA) & BOTsolutions. 8+ years of experiencein architecting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) enterprise solution(s) 5+ years of experiencecreating and administrating BOT(s) on the Microsoft Azure platform. 5+ years of experiencein architecting enterprise solutions. 5+ years of experience in creating andleveraging AI techniques such as OCR / ICR, Chatbots, ML and NLP Additional Desired Qualifications: 5+ Years of experience with Monitoring tools suchas: Splunk, IPMonitor, Dynatrace 1+ Year(s) of experience with ServiceNow ITOMsuite. Knowledgeand/or experience in IBM Power, AIX, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, MS SQL Exposure to IoT Platforms like AWS, Google, etc. Hands on experience with any other leading RPAtools (UI Path, Blue prism, etc.). Knowledge in REST &SOAP APIs. Knowledge in OCR data extraction process(es). Microsoft Azure Certification(s).
