Position : VIP Helpdesk Support Location : Onsite 4 days a week NYC Duration : 6+ months CTH Mode of interview : Video Visa : USC/ GC only Job description : Must have FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior VIP Helpdesk Support Technician to ensure smooth IT operations and provide high-quality technical support to end users, including C-suite executives and front-office traders. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, system management, and exceptional communication to address technical challenges effectively. The technician will also collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain the highest standards of user support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding white-glove IT support to executive-level users and traders. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and IT management tools. Set up and provide ongoing support for mobile devices, laptops, VoIP, and SIP video conferencing technologies. Manage Active Directory and oversee email environments. Provide support for Office 365, Azure Cloud, Zoom, SCCM, and MS Intune. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field. 7+ years of experience in IT support and end-user system implementation within an enterprise environment. Proficient in desktop and server hardware, software, and peripheral device management. Experience with MDM/MAM solutions and VoIP/SIP conferencing equipment. Familiarity with trading platforms, such as Bloomberg, is a plus. Skilled in installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems and applications. Hands-on experience with Power for system management. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level users. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Availability for on-call support outside standard hours, including weekends, with occasional travel to VIP homes.
