IBM MQ v9 and IBM ACE v12 experience is very nice to have. Candidate should have strong Linux skills - scripting and working on Linux OS. Assist in the planning and execution of MQ and IIB upgrades, Installing FixPacks, iFixes, etc. MTS Middleware support requests. On call rotation 24x7 support Troubleshoot/diagnose technical issues for resolution Candidate should be open to work in areas outside of MQ and IIB. Capabilities The technical skills required in support IBM MQ & IBM IIB (Creating MQ/IIB resources, monitor and troubleshoot) Strong Linux Skills Strong communication skills for customer engagement (development and TechOps support teams) information is strictly prohibited.
