Job Title - Principal ServiceNow Developer
Job Location - Need to be local to each location, Hybrid, 12 days a month remote. (3 days onsite in a week)
Can be Dallas or Miramar 
Interview Process: 1st Video/Zoom with team 2 team members
Duration - 6 Months ( Potential Temp to Hire )
Need LinkedIn 
Need Experience 10 Years required !!!!
Experience in multiple platforms, example; ITSM,HR APP ENGINE
Certifications are required -minimum certifications are the CSA and CAD
Communication, well speaker is critical as they may be working with higher level business leaders
Will be the SME for ServiceNow Platform

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer specializing in the ServiceNow platform. 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex development projects, providing technical expertise, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow solutions within an organization, often playing a key role in architectural design and strategic decision-making related to the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecting and designing complex ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with other systems.
Leading technical discussions and decision-making on best practices for development and implementation.
Reviewing code, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing technical guidance to the development team.
Managing large-scale ServiceNow projects, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using ServiceNow scripting languages.
Troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving production problems.
Coaching and mentoring junior ServiceNow developers, transferring knowledge and best practices.
Fostering a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Identifying opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to optimize business processes.
Staying updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HR, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting languages, and architecture.
Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage complex projects, and make technical decisions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
