Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT teams, and external vendors for i2c and Zuora-related initiatives. Define and document functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and data mappings for i2c and Zuora systems. Lead system configuration, integration, and testing efforts for i2c and Zuora platforms. Ensure compliance with industry standards, payment regulations, and best practices for subscription billing and payment processing. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving any issues during implementation phases. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on new features and functionalities. Mandatory Skills Invoice-to-Cash (i2c) Process: Expertise in managing i2c processes, including invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and collections. Experience with automation and optimization of i2c workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Zuora: Strong expertise in Zuora Billing, Zuora RevPro, and subscription lifecycle management. Familiarity with Zuora APIs and integration techniques with ERP, CRM, or custom systems. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with invoice to cash process and Zuora is mandatory. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work in an agile development environment.
