Job Description: SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM Lead (Enterprise Asset Management) Duration: Long-term Location: Remote (US-based) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead to oversee and guide the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP EAM solutions. This remote role requires deep expertise in SAP Work Manager and SAP HANA to ensure the effective management of enterprise assets and seamless integration of SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM solutions. Provide expertise in SAP Work Manager and SAP HANA to streamline asset management processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee the implementation of asset lifecycle management, including maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution. Ensure system performance and optimization by leveraging SAP HANA capabilities. Conduct end-user training, support, and troubleshooting to ensure effective adoption of SAP PM/EAM solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EAM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, SD). Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and user guides. Required Skills and Experience 12+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM implementation and support. Strong expertise in SAP Work Manager and hands-on experience with its configuration and deployment. Proficiency in SAP HANA, including its integration with SAP EAM solutions. In-depth understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance operations in an enterprise environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with business users and technical teams. Experience working in a remote setup with distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with industries such as utilities, manufacturing, or energy is a plus. Knowledge of integration with mobile asset management tools and IoT solutions. SAP certification in EAM, Plant Maintenance, or related areas.
