Develop scalable and secure architectures to support enterprise IT operations and security initiatives. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT and security systems. Optimize workflows and automation within ServiceNow to enhance operational efficiency and risk management. Ensure ServiceNow configurations comply with organizational security standards and industry regulations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, and Business units, to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities. Act as the primary technical advisor for ServiceNow initiatives, fostering alignment across stakeholders. Governance and Best Practices: Define and enforce governance frameworks for ServiceNow usage, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes and organizational policies. Provide expertise in SecOps workflows, including incident response, vulnerability prioritization, and remediation tracking. Support Change Management processes, ensuring seamless coordination, risk assessment, and approvals for changes across the enterprise. Training and Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development within the team. Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure effective adoption and use of ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT or software development, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow. Proven expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), SecOps, and Change Management modules. Experience with ITIL processes and governance frameworks. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and development, including scripting, APIs, and integrations. Proficiency in security frameworks and protocols, such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML. Familiarity with ITSM tools and practices. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and dashboards for reporting and monitoring. ***Lumen and / or its contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment.
