Experience in coordination and lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cutover and testing phases. Develop and execute cutover and test plans, conduct defect management session Experience to collaborate and work with geographically distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing-related risks and issues Project management, leadership skills, Excellent communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and quality standards. Responsibilities- Implementation of overall QA Strategic approach. Participate in Project discussions /Project Roadmap / Strategy. Associates with good testing & SAP skills who understand and has performed stakeholder management. Preparing and Maintaining Testing RAID logs, identifying the mitigation plans and working towards the successful closure of the Risks. Testing status report to Project team and Steering committee. Interaction and Coordination across multi-vendor teams for the successful completion of multiple test phases.
