Thus, this person needs to be familiar with layout/design, have some ability or background with manual layout design, but the primary role is through coding/scripting - ideally familiar with python and/or SKILL and/or other scripting like tcl. Thus, I am not interested in people who are predominantly custom manual layout designer or people who do physical place & route type stuff, if they aren't also skilled with automation/coding.
