The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employee Central and a strong background in integration, particularly with Oracle databases, LMS, and Performance and Goals modules. **Key Responsibilities: **- Develop, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central. - Design and implement integrations with Oracle databases, LMS, and Performance and Goals modules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications.- Ensure data integrity and security within the SuccessFactors environment.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices. **Must-Have Qualifications: **- 7+ years of experience in SuccessFactors development, with a focus on Employee Central. - Proven experience with integration, especially with Oracle databases. - Strong knowledge of LMS and Performance and Goals modules. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Experience with other SuccessFactors modules. - Familiarity with SAP HCM. - Certification in SuccessFactors. **Skills: - Proactive and self-motivated. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
