Your efforts will contribute to creating a holistic view of organizational workflows, enabling informed decision-making and improved efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with AIM team members to identify and map models for various groups within the organization. Gather, document, and analyze process details, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Develop a comprehensive, holistic view of organizational workflows by integrating multiple models. Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare detailed documentation and present findings to stakeholders. Support the implementation of recommendations and process improvements where applicable. Ensure adherence to best practices in process mapping and analysis. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience with process mapping and modeling (2+ years preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI frameworks Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or related methodologies. Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar. Experience working in an IT, healthcare, or government-related environment. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other data presentation tools.
