Role Description:Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on Service Portal and Scoped Applications.Design, build, and maintain custom widgets, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces within Service Portal.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.Implement and manage complex workflows, business rules, and scripts for scoped applications.Develop and maintain REST APIs and SOAP web services to integrate third-party systems with ServiceNow.Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.Manage client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions to customize user experience.Implement Access Control Rules (ACLs) to ensure proper data security and integrity.Maintain effective documentation of development processes, updates, and system changes.
