The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies, fostering team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. This is an onsite hybrid role, requiring a strong presence in Chandler, AZ, for three days a week.Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized. Guide the team on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and values. Remove impediments to ensure the team achieves sprint goals and project objectives. Monitor sprint progress, identify risks, and address any blockers in a timely manner. Promote a culture of collaboration and accountability among team members. Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders on team performance and project status. Coach and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement in Agile processes. Foster alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of project milestones.Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tools like JIRA, Rally, or Trello. Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills. Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication. Understanding of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time. Familiarity with financial services or banking industry projects is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
