This hybrid Orlando-based role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and contribute to future portal developmentall while requiring an Active Secret Clearance. Role Summary: Test and validate updates for system and third-party tools. Collaborate with portal leadership and security teams on maintenance, changes, and posted content. Perform system administration tasks: daily monitoring, alert management, metrics, and user support. Update database configurations and content as needed. Manage content posting, including event images, designs, and logos. Support future portal development, upgrades, and maintain documentation.
