Position : Senior ETL and BI Developer Location : Remote 100% Duration : 6+ months Mode of interview : Video Job description : We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL and BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and business intelligence solutions. This role supports our People Analytics solution built on Oracle ADW and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), which integrates data from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and internal Edge Systems. The position is primarily remote and offers the potential for full-time employment for eligible candidates. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage end-to-end ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Implement business intelligence solutions with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Optimize ETL workflows and BI solutions for performance and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex ETL and BI issues. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes and BI solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Support Data Integration Batch processes and other on-call tasks on a rotating basis. Lead technical teams to ensure high-quality, timely solution delivery. Must-Have Qualifications: Proficiency in understanding and triaging complex software issues. 3+ years of experience developing and implementing BI solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines. 5+ years of advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills , including experience with stored procedures, functions, and complex queries. 5+ years of experience building scalable ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Basic knowledge of REST APIs and familiarity with tools like POSTMAN. Hands-on experience in data model design, development, and performance optimization for data warehouses. Knowledge of cloud computing principles, including SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-based platforms like ADW. Strong problem-solving skills to isolate issues, analyze impacts, and implement solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical details into non-technical terms. High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience supporting Oracle ORDS REST APIs. Familiarity with Oracle BICC Extracts and PVOs from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
