DevOps L2 App Support Location: REMOTE Length: 12 months Start: ASAP Interview: Video Job Description: Leverage runbooks and standard operating procedures to resolve functional application issues Ability to develop deep understanding of applications and become application SME Fulfill service requests including running ad-hoc reports, user provisioning, configure templates, etc. Schedule changes and present details to Change Advisory Board Provide application configuration support and produce application specific reports when required Perform basic troubleshooting and conduct log analysis Escalate support issues to the appropriate technical groups for ticket remediation Augment the knowledge base by enriching existing knowledge articles when necessary Interface with solution specific engineering & delivery teams on queries for outstanding support issues Work collaboratively with other agents to resolve support issues Skills: NodeJS developer (backend Javascript) ReactJS developer (frontend Javascript) Object Oriented Javascript developer Application Support General understanding of application architectures is desirable NodeJS, ReactJS, COSMOS / MongoDB, Azure, UI MVC, API's, application functionality, application configuration and logs, database connectivity.
