The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals while driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: System Stabilization and Optimization: Ensure system stability and enable flexibility, reliability, and scalability across product lines. Analyze existing roadmaps and infrastructure to create actionable plans for reliability and system enhancements. Infrastructure Design and Architecture: Develop blueprints for infrastructure and application architecture. Work on DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and practices like Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring as Code, and Security as Code. Create detailed technical blueprints and ensure their effective implementation. Technical Expertise: Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, .Net, and Goofy Script (if applicable). Leverage IaC tools like Terraform, Jenkins UI, and Ansible for infrastructure automation. Implement monitoring solutions with Python, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics. Integrate security best practices using Black Duck API, vulnerability scanning, and other tools. DevOps and SRE Practices: Promote DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. Design CI/CD workflows to streamline development and deployments. Build self-healing systems and automate operational tasks to enhance efficiency. Automation and Optimization: Identify and implement automation strategies to optimize infrastructure performance and cost. Improve system performance using event-driven architectures and databases like Mongo Atlas, Redis, and Azure SQL. Collaboration and Leadership: Work with development teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth communication. Risk and Security Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure and applications. Incorporate security best practices into all aspects of the design and implementation process. Requirements: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, .Net. Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform preferred) and GitHub Actions. In-depth understanding of event-driven architecture, database systems, and networking concepts. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership abilities to guide teams and deliver innovative solutions.
