Position: Technical Manager Location: Boston, MA (Onsite - Hybrid, 3 Days in Office). Note: Java, Azure (Master resource), IDM, Microservice, FHIR, HIPAA, FDA, and EUMDR regulations. Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager with strong expertise in managing MedTech and Healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and excellent project management skills. Responsibilities: Oversee project development and ensure alignment with project goals. Manage and integrate systems with devices and web. Handle MedTech and Healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with FHIR, HIPAA, FDA, and EUMDR regulations. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to streamline project workflow. Lead Agile and Scrum processes, playing an active role as Scrum Master. Qualifications: Strong technical background in MS Azure and Java Restful Services. Extensive experience with Java Backend Services and Microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform (preferred). Excellent understanding of system integrations. Proven experience in managing MedTech and Healthcare projects. In-depth knowledge of FHIR, HIPAA, FDA, and EUMDR. Strong project management experience with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies. Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Management. Excellent communication and team handling skills. Key Skills: Technical expertise in MS Azure, Java Restful Services, SQL, NoSQL. Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform. Knowledge of system integrations and healthcare regulations. Agile and Scrum expertise. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
