Exceptional communication skills are required for this role. Job Description: Our client requires an experienced PM with an understanding of data migrations, data governance, data cleansing, data exports, APIs and enterprise data modernization efforts. 10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects, including overseeing IT projects and schedules/roadmaps from conception to completion. Knowledge and Experience: Candidate should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing Candidate should have 5+ years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meeting agendas, etc. Candidate should have a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills Deep experience in vendor management Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and leading project status meetings. Experience with iterative and incremental development and the ability to adjust to changing requirements, policy changes and legislative mandates. Project budgeting, resource planning, allocation and capacity planning skills and experience.
