The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business groups, tools, and functions, and designing solutions to track utilizations and cost efficiencies for each product. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. Meet with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions. Analyze complex data sets from various sources (Service Now, Oracle Identity Manager, Clarity EPMO, SolarWinds, Asignet, CrowdStrike, ZScaler, SCCM, Splunk, ServiceNow) to identify trends and insights. Cleanse, transform, and reshape raw data for analysis and reporting. Access data from Hadoop using Impala/Hive. Implement security measures (Row-Level Security) to protect sensitive data within Power BI reports. Optimize report performance, considering data refresh frequency and loading speed. Create data models to optimize query performance and facilitate data relationships. Develop ETL processes using Visual Studio, Power Automate, and Informatica to move data between systems while maintaining data integrity. Provide training and support to end users on Power BI reports and dashboards. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Design and maintain data warehousing solutions for reporting and analytics. Use PowerApps to create custom applications with visual development tools and connectors to various data sources. Implement version control practices to manage changes and updates to PowerApps applications. Qualifications: Proven experience in Power BI development and data visualization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and reshaping. Knowledge of Hadoop, Impala/Hive, and other data access tools. Familiarity with security measures in Power BI. Ability to optimize report performance and create efficient data models. Experience with ETL processes and tools such as Visual Studio, Power Automate, and Informatica. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with PowerApps and version control practices. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional data analysis tools and platforms. Knowledge of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts. Ability to provide training and support to end users.
