The individual should be passionate about technology and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and/or as part of larger team. Technical Skills: 6+ years of experience in Application Production Support in Linux platform. Good experience in AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism. Good knowledge in Linux and SQL. Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics , Grafana, Prometheus. Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill Good experience in scripting , Automations Well versed with ITIL - Incident Change Release management Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache Tomcat Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable) Handle outage calls efficiently, triage any issues, and fix them. Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues. Report issues and resolve as per process and documentation . Basic knowledge of Database - Oracle SQL Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux, Windows, MW, Database Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism. Good to have DevOps SRE, Automation, cloud knowledge.
