Job Title: Senior macOS/Apple Engineer Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 4 days onsite) Rate $65 C2C Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: Engineer and maintain solutions for Apple hardware within a Windows environment. Manage and secure macOS devices using Microsoft Intune. Automate device management tasks using and Power scripting. Provide white-glove technical support for executives, ensuring seamless device operation. Address escalated incidents and manage vendor support cases. Implement and evaluate new software/hardware solutions. Document IT protocols and system configurations for support teams. Collaborate with IT teams to maintain consistency and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years in macOS support and administration. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Technical Skills: Expertise in managing macOS via JAMF and Intune. Advanced scripting and automation skills. Familiarity with DevOps practices and Platform SSO. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record in executive-level support. Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
