Minimum 4+ years experience as a Lead QA Analyst. Licenses/Certifications: [Desired] CSTE or CQA certification, QA/QC Certification or equivalent. Platforms/ Technical: [Mandatory] Experience in JIRA, HP Quality Center and QA Automation tools. [Mandatory] Experience in testing UI, Middleware, Back-end jobs and Mobile applications. [Mandatory] Experience in testing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products. Requirements: Understands Agile & Waterfall methodologies. Leading and ensuring the overall quality of our Enterprise Global and High Visible initiatives in appropriate testing activities. Responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities on assigned projects including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting and training on processes and tools. Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions). Reviews business requirements and designs specifications for low to moderately complex changes/systems for completeness and testability. Setup and maintain lab for functional and performance testing. Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams. Test Management Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools using techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail and automation. Emphasize continuous improvement of quality-related processes and artifacts. Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects in AGILE methodology. Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery using Selenium, Cucumber and HP QTP tools. Designing, creating, constructing and executing Automation test cases for API web services Own the QA automation frameworks (Pipeline strategy, cucumber, selenium, set the standard for our automation pipelines and processes). Ensures Quality SLAs met. Effectively collaborate and communicate and build rapport with team members, project stakeholders, business partners and vendors. Defines and implements effective risk mitigation strategies for all testing-related risks. Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports. Reviews all QA test plans to ensure major milestones, dependencies and critical paths are defined, applying risk-based testing principles where appropriate. Coaches and supports team Knowledge Transfer. Plan coverage projects from initiation through closing states. Education/Experience: Desired: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related fields, or equivalent experience.
