Please find the requirement below , If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume and I will get back to you or I would really appreciate Title: Project Manager (Value Stream Lead) with SAP S4 HANA Location: 100% Remote (EST preferred) Visa: USC, GC A large manufacturing company is entering Wave 3 of their SAP S4 Hana implementation and is needing to bring on a team of data SMEs and PM to help support the implementation of their Material Master module implementation, including Key Data Structures (KDS) for their Master Data Governance. They need to bring on (2) Data SMEs as well as this Project Manager role. This is a large program and so they have already built an Enterprise Technology Office (ETO) Implementation Run Book as well as a Stage Gate Deliverable check list, which has been guiding their first two waves. They have also just built an Integrated Program Plan (IPP) as they are delivering in a hybrid project and agile methodology. The Explore and Build Phases from an SAP perspective are Agile in that the phases are split into sprints, with each sprint working on a fixed-time, fixed-resource basis. However, most of the ETO Runbook deliverables, regardless of phase, have dependencies and need to be put into a Gantt Chart and in nearly every case they are already on the critical path for launches happening in summer 2025. To execute effectively on the Master Data Governance migration from their legacy E1 system over the SAP S4 Hana's Materials Master module, they need a very strong and hands-on technical project manager who brings both strong experience with SAP and very strong experience executing on implementation projects. There is a lack of SAP expertise on the existing team and so it is imperative that this person have hands-on experience working as a PM on other SAP projects. Responsibilities: Review the run book to gain a basic understanding and identify key aspects relevant to the data team Leading manufacturing data E2E deployment (data migration and E2E MDG processes) Lead prioritization of critical path deployment activities Lead closure of identified risks, actions, issues, or decisions, to minimize negative impact to the project Act as a business expert partnering with stakeholders Accept or reject the completed work based on acceptance criteria There is a Project Roadbook already in place and they are looking to this person to ensure they stay on track and aligned with execution targets.
