We are hiring ITIL Remedy or ServiceNow integrator, TX Role- ITIL Remedy or ServiceNow integrator Location - Austin, TX Remote (Only locals) Mandatory Skills: 1. 8 Years of experience with ITSM and ITIL governance processes. 2. 8 Years of experience Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically and know when to apply each type of action. 3. 8 Years of experience Very strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation and facilitation. 4. 8 Years of experience technical understanding with ability to translate into business concepts. 5. 8 Years of experience IT Service Management knowledge beyond theory. He/she has held roles which implement IT best practices. 6. 8 Years of experience Credibility and trust; ideally has earned the respect of IT managers and other business managers at all levels. 7. 8 Years of experience the ability to bring together and work with a team of people with varied backgrounds business analysts, technical experts, process owners - to articulate and remedy service level issues. 8. 8 Years of experience A good understanding of IT Outsourcing and Managed Services. 9. 8 Years of experience Statistical, numerical and analytical principles and processes. 10. 8 Years of experience Innovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within limits of costs and business direction. 11. 8 Years of experience Adhere to Project Management best practices 12. 8 Years of experience with ITSM service tools, ServiceNow, and Remedy. Desirable Skills: 1. 5 Years of experience in the use of Remedy On Demand 2. 4 Years of experience with IT Service Management certification ITIL V3 or V4 3. 4 Years of experience with PMP Certification 4. 4 Years of experience with Business Process Engineering 5. 4 Years of experience with Technical Writing/Formal documentation skills 6. 4 Years of experience with ServiceNow in use with supporting external business partners. Experience with Cloud service provider AWS. 7. 3 Years of Training experience 8. 1 Years of Experience with ServiceNow security operations.
