This role, working alongside other application architects, will work with senior leaders to develop and architect strategic initiatives that align with the organization's overall objectives with a keen focus in our service management platform - ServiceNow. To be successful in this role, the Enterprise Application Architect Principle should have strong ServiceNow experience, leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, as well as a deep understanding of relevant technology trends, App Engine design patterns and best practices. Additionally, this role should be able to think strategically and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the organization's goals. Qualifications & Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field. 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, App Engine), preferred in a global capacity. Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices. Experience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards. Experience with one or more platforms such as Salesforce.com (Sales, Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, Azure, Microsoft M365. Proven change management skills. Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with business and IT cross-functional teams. Experience leading a team of architects, technology owners, and technology subject matter experts.
