CPG/Wholesale industry SAP IBP, ECC Agile SAP S/4HANA Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP APO Consultant to join our team in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Wholesale industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) modules and demonstrate the ability to deliver impactful solutions for supply chain planning and management. This remote role requires strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support SAP APO solutions tailored to the needs of the CPG/Wholesale industry. Provide expertise in APO modules, including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS). Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives. Configure SAP APO functionalities to optimize supply chain planning and enhance operational efficiency. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. Facilitate user training sessions and create documentation to support system adoption and knowledge transfer. Stay updated with industry trends and SAP advancements to recommend innovative solutions and improvements. Must-Have Skills: SAP APO Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS). Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of CPG/Wholesale industry supply chain processes and challenges. Solution Design: Proven ability to design and implement SAP APO solutions to meet business needs. Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across business and IT teams. Configuration & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in configuring APO functionalities and resolving system issues. Documentation & Training: Experience in creating user documentation and conducting training sessions. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration or migration projects. Knowledge of related SAP modules (e.g., SAP IBP, ECC). Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
