Location: Hartford, CT - Hybrid Duration: 12+ Months Max Rate: $58/hr on C2C (No-NEGOTIATION) Need very strong SQL skills + good communication skills. Could be remote for someone very strong but consider hybrid onsite day 1. Candidate will be responsible for executing the product backlog by writing business benchmark technical code, helping product and technical team to ensure user acceptance criteria for requirements are met, working closely with various stakeholders and customers in documenting technical business data requirements, validating technology product data solutions, ensuring the right data design solutions of highest quality is produced, as well as collaborating with the Scrum team throughout the iterative software development life cycle. The person should have hands on experience to various data technology tools such as but not limited to SAS EG, HIVE, Python & SQL. This is 'not' a developer role. If the candidate is good at SQL Data Analysis + Communication, they would be a good fit. Additional JD: Core Responsibilities: Collaborates with Product Team and solution engineering experts to understand enhancements and project objectives. Act as a Data expert for the Agile Scrum Team and the stakeholders. Utilize agile tools and resources to manage and track work via JIRA. Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to understand needs, support design, test and deploy capabilities. Provides insights to the product owner by performing impact analysis and root cause analysis to help solve reported issues or understand the impacts of a data change. Ensures the quality of data via integration, regression and production environments. Works closely with Product Owner, Product Manager and Stakeholders to define the technical data product requirements. Works with Product Owner to ensure Features are reflecting the work that Scrum team will execute via User Stories. Participates in Program Increment Planning and Program Backlog Refinement. Skills: Experience on Cloud Technologies like AWS is good to have. Previous work experience in data processing software and languages to include Teradata Studio, Toad, SQL Demonstrated 5-7 years of extensive experience in data informatics & data exchange, particularly using healthcare and clinical data such as: Claim, Membership, Client Structure, Benefits, and Utilization Management/Case Management etc. Ability to research data issues using technologies such SQL, SAS, TOAD, Alation etc. Cigna experience a plus, preferably with a focused-on data warehousing Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to understand enterprise code artifacts on how data solutions are built to solve various business use cases.
