Familiarity with Finance (GL, AP, AR) and SCM processes (procurement, inventory, sales, warehousing) within F&O. Proven experience in managing QA teams and defining testing strategies for both Finance and SCM modules. Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, Microsoft Test Manager). Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA). Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution. Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
