Challenge the Tech Lead's vision to ensure feasibility for the Development Team. Ensure guidelines produced by Development Team, Architects, and Quality are adhered to. Software Development: Estimate effort for development activities. Participate in design activities following the architectural framework. Manage software development and maintenance under the guidance of the Product Owner. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, especially specifications. Participate in debugging and automated testing efforts. Install and configure development and testing environments. Engage in peer code reviews. Focus on improving code quality, security, and workflow efficiency. Deliver supporting and installation documentation for the team and end users. Software Validation: Contribute to the validation of environments and documentation. Execute validation tests and report bugs as needed. Framework Adherence and Training: Keep up-to-date with new technologies and skills. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and good practices, promoting a collaborative environment that aligns with both technical and customer-centric goals. Collaborate with other teams and Agile roles to execute sprints, PIs, and seamlessly integrate embedded software development into the larger Agile framework. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: o Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (SAFe certification is a plus). o Familiarity with the software development life cycle and methodologies. o Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and quality management, with knowledge of GAMP and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA 21CFR part 11, Eudralex Annex 11) is a plus. o Significant hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C++, PHP, or Python. o Experience in User Interface design and development is required. o Willingness to continue working on coding and programming. o Exposure to SCADA, Process Automation, and Web applications is a plus. o Experience with collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Jira is beneficial. o Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven, Bitbucket, Artifactory) is a plus. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required. Additional Skills and Qualities: Ability to move easily between different programming languages and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to improve processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
