https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1997385&uid= From: Shivam Tayal, Quantum World Technologies Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: SAP GxP Consultant Location: Marlborough MA, Onsite 6months contract to hire H1B/USC/GC GxP Expertise: o Conduct GxP compliance assessments for SAP systems and processes. o Develop and implement GxP validation plans for SAP modules within supply chain, quality management, and manufacturing. o Ensure documentation and procedures meet GxP requirements. o Prepare all the GxP Documentation and Protocols o Execute all the GxP Protocols SAP Expertise: o Configure and customize SAP modules (S/4HANA, etc.) related to materials management, supply chain, quality management, and manufacturing. o Develop and implement business process improvements utilizing SAP functionalities. o Manage and troubleshoot SAP system issues related to GxP compliance. o Maintain and update SAP master data (materials, vendors, quality management.) for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Supply Chain and Quality Management: o Analyze and optimize supply chain processes within SAP for production support o Develop and implement procedures for batch records, material release, and change control. o Manage non-conformance and deviation processes within SAP. Validation and Compliance: o Participate in the validation of SAP systems and processes for GxP compliance. o Prepare and manage validation documentation (plans, reports, etc.). o Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits. o Stay updated on evolving GxP regulations and industry best practices Essential Skills: SAP S/4HANA Production Support: Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for users in Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Batch Management, and Manufacturing modules. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve issues in SAP production environments, specifically related to MM, QM, Batch Management, and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user concerns and root causes. System Optimization & Enhancements: Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving SAP S/4HANA performance and processes. Assist in implementing system enhancements and configuring new functionalities to meet evolving business requirements. Quality Management (QM) Support:Provide support for the integration of SAP Quality Management processes, including inspection lots, quality notifications, quality certificates, and integration with manufacturing and materials management. Materials Management (MM) Process Support:Provide support for procurement, inventory management, and logistics execution, ensuring that MM functionalities align with the companys supply chain and production operations. Batch Management Support:Support SAP Batch Management processes for production, ensuring traceability, batch tracking, and compliance with regulatory requirements in batch production and distribution processes. GxP Compliance:Ensure that all SAP processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GxP) regulations, specifically in areas related to materials management, manufacturing, and quality control. Collaborate with quality assurance and validation teams to ensure the system is in compliance with industry standards. User Training & Documentation:Provide end-user training and create documentation related to processes, system changes, and troubleshooting procedures for SAP users across the organization. Collaboration with IT & Business Teams:Work closely with the IT team, business users, and external vendors to address system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Ensure that system configurations align with business needs and regulatory requirements. Monitoring & Reporting:Proactively monitor system performance and health, and generate reports for management on system issues, downtime, and enhancements.
