Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, systems, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, CMS). Experience managing technical projects involving software development, data analytics, or IT infrastructure. Familiarity with Elevance Health systems, tools, or workflows is a significant advantage. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with healthcare IT systems, including claims processing, EHR/EMR, or patient management platforms. Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
