In this role you will be leading a team of at least four developers working with a Scrum Master and Product Owner to drive Agile SDLC. Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills - leading a squad of 4+ developers at least 5 years Work with Product and Agility to help drive technical roadmap Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring to developers Experience with microservices architecture (domain driven design) Experience with event driven architecture Full lifecycle application development Designing, coding and debugging applications in JAVA software languages. Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) Experience with software testing Experience with performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
