We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Specialist with a strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) background to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Dynatrace Implementation and Management:

Configure, deploy, and manage Dynatrace monitoring solutions across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
Set up and customize Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and reports for various stakeholders.
Leverage Dynatrace for deep-dive root cause analysis and proactive problem resolution.
SRE Practices:

Design and implement strategies to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Conduct incident postmortems to identify areas for improvement and ensure a culture of continuous learning.
Monitoring and Observability:

Develop and maintain observability frameworks using Dynatrace and other tools as required.
Identify and resolve gaps in monitoring and telemetry to provide actionable insights.
Collaboration and Communication:

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on reliability and performance goals.
Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote the effective use of Dynatrace.
Qualifications:
Experience:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace (implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Dynatrace (or similar APM tools) for application and infrastructure monitoring.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
