Title: Project Manager With Healthcare Experience Location: Downtown Chicago, IL (HYBRID) Duration: 12 Months Contract to HIRE NEED GC or USC Only Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Bachelors degree in business management, management information services (MIS), health, or a related field. Three years experience as a project manager with program, project, and/or portfolio management at the organizational level and reporting to senior leadership. Three years experience using delivery methodologies and/or tools. Three years experience managing organizational projects with a significant information technology component. Three years experience driving change management initiatives across an organization. Three years experience writing business / technical requirements, creating functional designs; and designing to-be, reengineered, or automated business processes. Three years experience leading projects involving cloud-scale implementations. Preferred Five years project management experience in business operations, MIS, health, or a related field. Five years project Management Professional certification, Program Management Professional, Portfolio Management Professional, or another relevant credible credential (e.g., PROSCI Organizational Change Management, PMI Risk Management Professional, PMI Professional in Business Analysis). Five years experience leading projects involving cloud-scale implementations. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL SETS, AND ABILITIES Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including experience in Agile, Iterative, Kanban, and Waterfall development methodologies, and ability to assess the best project management methodology for successful project delivery. Strong computer and technical skills, including intermediate expertise with the Microsoft Suite of software, specifically Project Professional, Project Web Application, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, and Outlook, as well as a demonstrated aptitude for learning new specialized software tools such as Azure.
