Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify testing requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Debug and troubleshoot test failures, working with the development team to resolve issues. Manage test environments, ensuring they are properly configured for test execution. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and reporting. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure test coverage aligns with project timelines. Skills and Qualifications: 7-10yrs years of experience in QA Automation with expertise in Selenium WebDriver. Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python for writing automated test scripts. Strong understanding of TestNG, Cucumber, or similar frameworks. Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools. Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing. Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with database testing and SQL. ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
