In this role, you will be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end of responsive web applications. You will leverage your experience in various technologies and tools to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Use software development fundamentals and processes to perform software design, debugging, testing, and deployment. Understand project requirements and manage the process from concept through to completion. Collaborate with web designers to convert designs into interactive and responsive user interfaces. Write high-performance, standards-compliant code for both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Perform code reviews to ensure the highest code quality and best practices. Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring that features are implemented on time and meet expectations. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team. Document and demonstrate solutions by creating flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and technical documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and algorithms. Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, and Azure. Experience with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and implementing Single Page Applications (SPA). Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with various design frameworks and libraries. Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation. Familiarity with SQL Server technologies (SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services) is a plus. Experience with Visual Studio, TFS, or other source control management tools. Experience with continuous integration and build platforms. Familiarity with integrating systems with Machine Learning (ML) or Azure Cognitive Services is a plus. Strong motivation, independence, and ability to work with minimal supervision to see tasks through to completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Desired Skills: Web API and Microservices: Experience in designing and implementing Web APIs and Microservices. SQL and Cosmos DB: Hands-on experience with SQL and Cosmos DB. Authentication & Security: Experience with Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Federated Identity Credentials (FIC), and other security protocols. Dependency Injection: Knowledge and experience with Dependency Injection patterns. Design Patterns: Experience in applying design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, and Transient. Messaging and Eventing: Experience working with queuing systems, Event Grid, Service Bus, and Function Apps (Event Trigger, Durable Function, HTTP Trigger, Service Bus Trigger). Logic Apps: Experience in creating and managing Logic Apps.
