Role: Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with MSSP Exp. (Managed Security Service Provider) Location: - Dallas, TX Day 1 Onsite Work Experience :10-12 years Project Role Description: Leads the delivery of Cybersecurity and GRC Service projects, leveraging our global delivery capability with client facing Skills. DO NOT SHARE profiles who are with PLAIN GRC related skills. Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing Cybersecurity and GRC services to the client- Manage escalations, deliver to meet or exceed client SLA/KPI and People management - Lead multi domain Cyber -security delivery team in support of 24/7 operations and project support activities in varied security domains such as SOC ,SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Infra Security, GRC, etc - Responsible for working with Delivery Teams, client stakeholders and other teams. Technical Experience :- 10 + years of experience in the Cybersecurity services delivery - Have good exposure to multiple domains of Cyber-security like SIEM, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability management, Endpoint Security-In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management- Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix- Knowledge of applications, databases, middleware to address security issues. Professional Attributes:- Must have Team Management and Leadership skills- with can do and will do attitude. Good Communication and presentation skills- Must have client handling experience with Cybersecurity or GRC Domain Knowledge. Presales and Sales experience Can Covert Ideas into opportunities.
