The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of true product management experience and a proven track record in financial systems and AI technologies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent storytelling abilities and strong documentation skills.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5-10 years of product management experience, preferably in the finance sector Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including FP&A, commercial finance, AP/AR, procurement, and tax systems Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, open-source and closed-source models, and NLP Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and presentation skills Strong documentation skills with experience using Confluence and JIRA Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKey Responsibilities: Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, engineering, and data science to develop and enhance financial systems such as FP&A, commercial finance, AP/AR, procurement systems, and tax systems. Drive the integration and application of Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), open-source and closed-source models, and natural language processing (NLP) tools. Develop and implement strategies for fine-tuning AI models and building software tools to detect anomalies and improve system performance. Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders. Utilize SQL to run queries and produce actionable insights from data.
