Location : San Diego , CA ( Remote) NEED CANDIDATE IS PST TIME ZONE. Job Description : Salesforce Project Manager At a minimum, candidates must have strong Salesforce experience, preferably with Service/Sales Cloud and Salesforce platform. Experience with Financial Service Cloud focusing on Insurance is highly desirable. Experience working on a discovery, scoping and road mapping project highly desirable. If you've also worked on other applications outside of Salesforce, that would be a plus as well. The Project Managers Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Lead Blueprinting and Discovery Project for major client Coordinate projects and activities across multiple workstreams, resources, and stakeholders Effectively communicate to range of stakeholders in a multi-project environment Proactively identify risks and steps to mitigate Work with stakeholders to ensure that negative customer and business impacts are avoided Work with Project resources on the different workstreams in order to provide an accurate view of the Project process Support Technical Lead and Bas to mobilize the progress of new projects and workstreams Develop reporting frameworks, utilizing thoughtful user-focused decisioned to produce project and program reports that are simple for Project Leads to complete and provide easily digestible data and visualizations to senior decision-makers and project sponsors Manage governance models for projects and clients Manage stakeholder expectations across various areas of the business Project Manager Required Qualifications: Minimum three (5) years of PMO experience Experience working following an Agile methodology Demonstrate a continual desire to implement strategic or optimal solutions where possible, avoiding workarounds or short-term tactical solutions Exceptional verbal and written communication Ability to engage co-workers and clients of all personality types Experience across all business functions at every level from individual contributor to C-Level executive Strong analytical skills and attention to details Proven track record of managing other PMO/working in a large team Previous use of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com) Strong self-starter with delivery skills who enjoys the challenge of delivery change within tight deadlines Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
