Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to define system requirements, features, and functionality. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and methodologies across the development team. Design and implement system architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Perform technical evaluations of new technologies and tools to improve software delivery and performance. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to developers and junior architects. Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure quality code delivery. Oversee the integration of front-end technologies with back-end .NET systems. Participate in code reviews and ensure the development process follows agile practices and frameworks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, guiding the team in the process of problem-solving. Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and optimization. Prepare technical documentation to describe system architecture, design, and implementation processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a .NET Architect or a senior-level .NET developer with extensive architecture experience. Expertise in the .NET framework and .NET Core, with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Deep knowledge of software design patterns, principles, and best practices (e.g., SOLID, DRY, KISS). Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), microservices architecture, and cloud-based development (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.). Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.) and their integration with .NET back-end services. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js). Certification in relevant .NET or cloud technologies is a plus.
