Creating Database objects, tables, views and indexes etc. as per recommended by the application team. 3. Table Space Management - Adding, dropping, extending, reducing and resizing table space containers. 4. DB2 Version Installation of Fix packs for DB2 Databases on AIX machines. 5. Database Backup & Recovery (offline & online backups, Full, Incremental & Delta Incremental). 6. Database cloning from Prod box to Test Box(Redirect restore). 7. DB2 data Movement utilities - db2 Export, Import, Load and look. 8. DB2 data Maintenance utilities - REORGCHK, REORG and RUNSTATS. 9. Performance tuning of databases, DBM & DB configuration parameters tuning for optimization. 10. SQL Tuning using db2advisor and db2explain tools. 11. Troubleshooting database issues using db2diag, db2pd, db2dart, db2support, db2top, Snapshots and event monitors. 12. Having experience in HACMP and HADR.
