The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with customers, including initial consultations. Essential Job Functions: Administer and customize all aspects of SailPoint to meet defined IAM business requirements, serving as the technical point of contact for integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow. Onboard applications using built-in and custom connectors, and develop or configure integrations on the SailPoint platform for both connected and disconnected applications. Develop, implement, and support complex workflows using Java, Bean, XML, and SQL to manage user access across the enterprise. Engage in requirements gathering and use case development. Oversee testing, piloting, documentation, monitoring, and implementation planning for new IAM services and environments. Research, design, and advocate for new technologies and architectures that meet IAM requirements for the enterprise, its customers, business partners, and vendors. Assist in developing an IAM roadmap for SailPoint, integrating with ServiceNow to enhance ITIL best practices related to Service Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. Perform systems and application administration duties, including upgrades, security updates, management, monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application environment, including auxiliary components such as SQL servers or underlying support infrastructure. Train staff on SailPoint usage and develop all necessary documentation, including design documents, administrator guides, training materials, and how-to guides. Manage day-to-day implementation and delivery of assigned projects, either independently or with teams of engineers, trainers, and other professionals. Identify, organize, direct, coordinate, and report on the planning and production activities associated with assigned projects. Analyze, evaluate, and recommend improvements to internal processes, administrative operations, and management. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of IAM maintenance experience, including Active Directory. 5+ years of industry experience developing, customizing, and troubleshooting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) workflows, rules, and custom connectors using Bean, Java, XML, and SQL. Strong understanding of IT security best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Practical experience with agile software development and continuous integration processes. Precision, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn. Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, role management, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes. Experience developing API services for access policies, access requests, and application integrations. Proven experience in designing and developing workflows, forms, and reusable components within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN). Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL, with a solid understanding of relational databases. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business users and address enhancement requests. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Independent worker with strong team collaboration skills.
