The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software project management, combined with business analysis skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects across different time zones and cultures. Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Drive all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Technical Expertise: Leverage your understanding of software development and content management systems (ideally, Adobe Experience Manager) to guide technical decision-making and problem-solving. Business Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories. Team Management: Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively. Develop contingency plans to ensure project success. Communication: Facilitate effective communication and information flow across all project stakeholders. Conduct regular project meetings and status updates. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve project management processes and best practices. Requirements: Proven track record: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the software development or content management space. Business Analysis skills: Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems is a plus. Global mindset: Experience working with international clients and teams across different time zones and cultures. Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely. Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
