Scheduled Work Hours: 35 hours/week Assignment Start Date: Immediate start Duration of Contract: 12 months The Administration for Childrens Services (ACS) Office of Information Technology seeks a Dynamics Developer to work on the CRMS and DPS One Stop Support Project. This consultant will be responsible for helping support the Dynamics environment by resolving tickets and helping to build and enhance applications. The Administration for Childrens Services (ACS) protects and promotes the safety and well-being of the Citys children and families by providing child welfare, juvenile justice, early care and education funding, and primary prevention and other services that promote and support child and family well-being. Scope of Work Building and enhancing the cloud-based Dynamics applications. The work will include both development of new systems or enhancements to existing systems, and also support in resolving bugs entered by users under the supervision of the Dynamics team lead. The vendor will provide a MS Dynamics and related technologies developer with minimum of three years of MS Dynamics development experience. The developer selected will perform unit testing and Quality Assurance testing remediation. The developer will be onsite at 150 Williams in downtown NYC at least 3 days a week. ACS will interview and approve the candidate for this position. ACS reserves the option to replace the developer if the person does not meet the qualifications and/or does not demonstrate these qualifications while onsite. Qualifications This Dynamics Developer must have the following skills and experience in MS Dynamics 365 application development: Designs, develops, programs, and implements assigned project utilizing MS Dynamics 365, Dynamics Portal, Power Apps, .Net technologies, and Java-script. Designs and develops data integrations between MS Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and Oracle database(s). Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Create Technical Design Documents Experience using TFS Able to meet and deliver on deadlines Experience working in a government setting will be a plus NYC government is also a plus E-mail is the best way to reach me, if I dont pick your call.
