The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a proven track record of successfully integrating and managing CDP systems to drive data-driven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement the architecture of the Redpoint Global CDP to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of the platform with various data sources and marketing tools. Manage data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation processes for building unified customer profiles. Ensure smooth data flow and scalability within the CDP system. Develop and implement strategies for personalized customer engagement across multiple channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CDP functionality with business goals. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operations. Provide technical guidance and best practices for leveraging the Redpoint Global CDP. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Redpoint Global CDP or similar platforms. Strong understanding of customer data integration, segmentation, and analytics. Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
