The role requires consultant-level communication skills, the ability to coalesce related requests and offer solutions that satisfy multiple requirements, and Software Development Life Cycle discipline: gathering & documenting and confirming requirements gathering, designing solution, obtaining SME signoff, coding, testing/validation, UAT, & documentation. Strong experience creating Stored Procedures with Clarity data in a clinical setting Consultant level ability to adapt to changing workflows, and communicate to leadership changes in data based on workflow adherence Epic Radar Dashboards created from Cogito SQL, Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer or Metric Framework Epic Inpatient experience: Admissions, Flowsheets, Discharge Medication Reconciliation, Quality metrics Epic Ambulatory experience: Visits, Consults, Orders, Groupers Experience creating Business Intelligence outputs in a Custody/Jail setting Certifications Epic Clarity Data Model/Clinical or Financial (or legacy equivalents) I would appreciate your valuable reply.
