This critical role ensures the availability, reliability, and security of the network, server, and storage systems to support business operations and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Manage, configure, and maintain both Windows and Linux servers in a virtualized environment. Oversee storage systems and backup solutions, ensuring high system performance and uptime. Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the IT infrastructure to meet business needs and scalability requirements. Provide proactive monitoring and maintenance of all systems, identifying and resolving issues to avoid downtime. Implement and enforce best practices in systems administration, security, and backup. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues. Qualifications: MUST HAVE hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server management. Proficiency in configuring, managing, and maintaining virtualized environments. Experience with storage systems and backup solutions. Ability to ensure high system performance and uptime in a production environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. US Citizenship is required. Secret Clearance is preferred, but not required.
