In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy integrations that seamlessly connect Workday with various third-party systems, ensuring a smooth flow of data and optimising system performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Previous experience in administering Workday Core HR and Recruiting modules is required. Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding. Manage and keep up the Workday Core HR and Recruiting modules, taking care of system upgrades, setup, and troubleshooting. Work together with HR and recruitment stakeholders to comprehend their needs around recruiting workflows and core HR operations. Set up Workday's business procedures, security guidelines, and integrations to facilitate hiring and HR activities. To guarantee the efficient use of Workday functionalities, give HR and recruitment teams end-user assistance and training. To assist in decision-making and enhance recruitment tactics, analyze recruitment data, and produce reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience, with proficiency in Workday Solid understanding of Workday architecture, including business process framework and data model. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
