The ideal candidate will lead AI/ML projects, define architecture strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions that address complex business challenges. Architect scalable AI/ML platforms using cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Develop and deploy machine learning models, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions. Drive the adoption of best practices for AI/ML pipelines, model governance, and version control. Evaluate and integrate AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and platforms. Optimize existing AI/ML solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Stay updated on emerging trends in AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative approaches. Qualifications: Required Skills: Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect or similar role. Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform. Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, and data pipelines. Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks. Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, etc.). Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Preferred Skills: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields. Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments. Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
